Can’t remember a name of a movie on TCM or AMC?
I’ve been trying to figure this out I like a movie that’s between the 1930’s and 1950’s. That involves a guy going to war and ending up going blind from a german mortar and he’s afraid to go back home because he doesn’t want his wife to be burdened with taking care of him so he starts a new life.
She of course thinks he’s dead because I guess one of his soldier buddies does him that favor of lying to his wife. Then she ends up going off with his friend or somthing.
Hopefully someone will see this I want to add it to my DVD collection.
